• This morning I had my air conditioner serviced and a leak repaired. I wanted to thank you for the service you provided, in particular the young man who carried out the work, he asked me all the right questions regarding the unit and what it was that needed repairing. He then proceeded to go about his job, only to come back in thirty minutes to tell me that he had found the leak and repaired it. Not only did he keep me informed the entire time, but he took me to the outdoor unit and showed me exactly where the leak was and what he had done to repair it. It is very rare that you deal with tradesmen who are polite, efficient and professional. Keep up the good work. Kathy
• My A/C system wasn't working so I called Ideal Air. They came out that day when everyone else said they couldn't get out there for a few days. They cost a little bit more than others but they were worth every cent. I would highly recommend Ideal Air to any one in urgent need of repairs like I was. Jim
